For those who don’t know me, I
work every day, and run my own personal training business, and
compete as a body fitness competitor.
I
am very passionate about training myself and others to inspire
and encourage individuals to achieve their health and fitness
goals.
I understand that not everyone trains to
compete, so I always coach individuals to keep their fitness
goals short and attainable in order to feel their best physically
and mentally.
I am a huge believer in “healthy body,
healthy mind”. For myself and others, I call being physically
active “Therapy”. I feel people should take at
least an hour a day to themselves to be physically active.
It is great to relieve stress, relax, and to have a feeling
of empowerment and a positive self image.

My gallery has several pictures of myself in competition
along with casual shots and just hanging with friends. The whole
competition journey has been a wonderful and positive experience
for me.
I have always been active, but never considered
competing. I began at 40 years old and now have completed 11 competitions.
I am very proud of my accomplishments and so are my children and
husband. Competing has driven me to give myself objectives and goals
to develop my physique to the best I can. I have met several wonderful
and inspiring friends and women along my journey.
I plan on making the time to train and compete
as long as I am always having fun and enjoying the ride. Life is
always very busy raising a family and working, but having my own
physical goals will always keep focused and feeling positive about
myself, my family, and my life.
